One more try! - February 2010

Ok, it seems that the first attempt to lose weight wasn't as successful as I wanted it to be. We did go to the gym, did eat healthy but didn't lose any weight. Surprise!
So many things have happened ever since. I moved to another state and now I am working from home, have no friends in town and no job to go every day. I do have a family to share my life with and new places to discover.
Anyway, so the attempt to lose weight has been vanished and now we are in 2010 and I want to try it all over again. The main reason is because I am meeting my very good friends from my master in Spain in March. We are meeting in Florida, so I better start working hard to look half decent in a swimming suit!
So the first decision has been to start detox on Monday. No sugar or carbs for two weeks. God help me. I will log in tomorrow to elaborate about this plan. The objective as L says is to let go of the cravings of sugar and carbs that are the main reasons why I am overweight. I need to plan a menu for next week so I don't stress out about what to eat. I will get my literature together and will come back to write it down here so there is no questions about it.
